Two Sweet Party Rentals is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display/signs. We also ask that you do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. Should you need them picked up early, contact us and we will work with you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This contains the terms & conditions for Two Sweet Party Rentals. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard cards. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking to secure the reservation.

REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed due to errors on order submission or if the yard is not install-ready.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery are non-refundable.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 72 hours) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

o Based on availability of requested inventory
o Rush fee may apply
o Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

**Please note, we prefer all orders be submitted with 7 days notice to ensure we can customize your yard card sign based on noted preferences.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down, or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a full refund will be honored.

DELIVERY: The yard sign will be delivered the evening before or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. Delivery fees apply if outside of the delivery area (Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs).

PHOTO CONSENT: you agree to allow Two Sweet Party Rentals to take photos for marketing of yard signs. We will remove any address or confidential information for photos posted to our website.

POLICY: Most yard greetings are meant to be surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can plan ahead. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies to halt maintenance for the duration of the yard greeting. No lawn mowing should take place while signs are in in the yard.

All signs remain property of Two Sweet Party Rentals. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter/number, or stake at full replacement value.

Two Sweet Party Rentals reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RESERVING YOUR EVENT WITH TWO SWEET PARTY RENTALS, YOU AGREE TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
